Make up your own dance ..

Dress each other in a crazy costume and video tape each other doing their favorite dance.. Take this opportunity to have a dinner date at home... Get out the candles set the table and get takeout from your favorite restaurant... You might have to put the kiddos to bed first...

Do some couple yoga... zumba ..meditation......again great how-to videos on YouTube

Go for a walk, hike or ski and explore someplace where you’ve not been before...take advantage of the wide open spaces...

Take a drive and check out neighborhoods that are new to you... If there is 6 feet between folks get out and take a walk through the neighborhood Call or FaceTime somebody that you haven’t talked to for a long time... This is a great time for renewed connections

Each write a short story about your relationship focusing on memories from the past... dreams for the future... or just plain fantasy...

Go for a “run in place”....run together and share with each other the sites you “see” along the way..

Plan a fantasy vacation together.. Enjoy a virtual vacation...

Close your eyes and each verbally share a guided meditation to a relaxing, peaceful place in your mind.. don’t forget to include all the senses..
